Purrfectplay Organic Pet Toys Review + Giveaway

     I have an amazing organic pet toy company to introduce to you today! I'm so impressed with this company and I think you will be too! Purrfectplay is a company that makes dye-free organic dog and cat toys!

     Have you ever thought about the dyes in your regular animal toys?  Have you ever thought about how often your pets play with their toys and how often the toys are in their mouth? I will admit it has never even crossed my mind until I found out about Purrfectplay! Purrfectplay has really changed my mind about regular toys and I am now a HUGE fan of Purrfectplay!

     Yummy Organic Cotton Tug Toy: Made of 100% dye-free certified organic cotton! We hand braid our color grown certified cotton fleece with organic cotton from another great US company, Mortex Apparel. Mortex makes super soft certified organic t-shirts and, as is always true in clothing production, fabric scraps are left over. Through a cooperative arrangement these pieces are sent to us and we add this lovely fabric to our tug toys. What could have been waste is now a great toy! Fun, super pet friendly, and Earth friendly- that's truly Yummy!

     Wool Balls- Our organic wool comes from small family farms all over the U.S., but mainly from the Midwest where we live. It has taken us many months of experimentation to develop a wool ball which will be fun and durable. Our wool balls are hand formed from sustainably produced dye-free wool which has only been processed with gentle non-toxic soaps. Wool balls smell of sheep and meadow air, reminding your pets of the great outdoors.

Many dogs find these balls become their favorite toy. Organic wool balls can be quite nice for dogs who have lost teeth or have some other reason to avoid hard surfaced balls. Some low sight dogs like wool balls because of their special outdoorsy smell. Our wool balls do not have squeakers.

     The Happy Carrot:  Introducing our first new catnip toy in 2 years. We think your cats will love it-- all the tester kitties have! Lined with organic cotton canvas and covered with thick organic Colorgrown fleece, our 6 inch carrot contains over 1/2 cup of the finest organic catnip. Crafted right here in Indiana, it is crowned with floppy fun hemp cord "leaves". Durable and yummy, the Happy Carrot will bring many hours of happy play to your kitties.

     Small Mouse:  Weighing in at 1/2 ounce our smallest organic catnip mouse is perfect for carrying around and tossing high into the air. It takes the place of the "fur mice" we moms and dads are so tempted to give our cats because they enjoy this tossing and chasing game. 2 3/4 inches in length, crafted with double layered organic cotton, it has a cotton tail. Dye-free, of course, it is fragrant with the sweet aroma of our incredible organic catnip.

     Leash Pouches-  Available in a dizzying array of colors these felted sweater leash pouches makes a light, washable, and attractive way to carry doggie bags, treats, keys, in short anything you might need for a carefree walk with your dog. These would make a great Mother's Day gift!

     Pam from Purrfectplay was extra nice to send my pet family a nice gift box of toys! The products sent to us to review were an Organic Tug Toy, Wool Ball,  The Happy Carrot, a Small Mouse and a new reclaimed denim leash pouch!

     I can tell you when we opened up the box of toys our pets were surrounded by us. It was as if Christmas hit our house in spring! We gave each of the animals a toy and they were all playing with them!

     Rocky really loved The Happy Carrot! This Happy Carrot made Rocky extremely happy! He played with this toy non-stop. I'd keep checking on Rocky for a hour and he'd still be playing with this carrot. It was so fun to watch how much he loved the carrot. He also enjoyed the small mouse! These kind of toys with catnip in them are Rocky's all time favorite toys! Kitty is our lazy cat so she enjoyed them, but she isn't a cat that likes to play with toys by herself. She did LOVE smelling the catnip and she loved licking the toys!

     Lucky loved the Tug Toy! Lucky enjoyed shaking it around in his mouth back and forth. He also enjoyed tugging on it with me tugging on the other end. He really does love this toy and now it's his favorite toy! He loves it so much that everyday he goes and grabs the tug toy to play with! It's durable and I can tell it will last a long time!

    Lucky also loved chewing on the Wool Ball. I would throw it and he would go chasing for it. This ball is soft and is kind of like a tennis ball. It's shaped like one, but the difference is your dog can bite into this ball because it's softer than a tennis ball. It's wonderful to know that dogs can chew on this ball and it won't fall apart like what can happen to usual balls I have seen Lucky play with!

     I loved the denim leash pouch! It's made out of great quality material! I loved that I could put my keys, id, and bags in them. It's more convenient then carrying a purse around with you when you are walking your dog! It's such a creative idea and something we can all use when we walk our dogs!

      We decided to take some videos of our animals playing with the toys so you can get a better picture of how much the animals loved their toys! This is the first time we have taken video with our camera so this was a first time video thing. Just so you know it's not perfect!
