I was happy to contact Country Bob's so I could review their products! I am one who absolutely loves sauces and I am definitely a dipper. I love to dip my meats or whatever into dipping sauces. I do not like plain meat cooked. I have to have it spiced up with sauces in order to eat it! That is how I have always been!

We made a pork roast and I was excited to try the Country Bob's All Purpose sauce on it. Paul just cooked the meat with vegetables in a crockpot and then we poured the sauce over our meat!  It was absolutely delicious! This sauce really added to the meat. I enjoyed every bite of it and I even wanted more! I enjoyed this sauce more than regular steak sauces. It has a spice to it that just made it a better taste to me! I really love Country Bob's service! They are extremely fast in shipping their products also!

I look forward to cooking again with Country Bob's sauce and I'm going to use one of the many recipes they have on their site. Here is one that sounds very delicious:

Country Bob's BBQ Pork

Ingredients

3 Tbsp vegetable oil

1 cup chopped onions

3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

3 lbs pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1/4 cup flour

2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes, undrained

2 (7oz) cans Ortega diced green chilies

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce (or may substitute Spicy Hot)

1/2 tsp salt

 

 

Heat vegetable oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes or until onion is tender. Add pork and flour, stirring frequently for 3 to 5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink. Combine all ingredients and simmer on low for 1/2 hour.
