I was lucky enough to have some really ripe banana's to make some banana bread yesterday! Yummy!
I also got to try out my Flirty Apron from Swanky Aprons to review for an upcoming Valentine's Day giveaway during mine and Second Time Around's event the last week of January!
Here's a sneak peak of the apron! I thought I'd add in the recipe for my extra easy, super moist banana bread also!
Moist Banana Bread
3 medium, ripe bananas
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Mash bananas. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased bread pan. Bake for one hour at 325 or until toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
Have a great week everyone!!

I totally have bananas in need of some TLC right now. That looks like something that would go well with butter! Haha. I also love the apron! :)
