Xtrema = Yummy Food

MY REVIEW

     We were very impressed when we received the 10 inch Open Skillet. It's a beautiful black skillet. Paul didn't know anything about Xtrema and didn't believe that a pan could be non-scratch so he was interested in trying out this skillet!

     He cooked some pork chops and steak in this pan separate times. To his surprise, this skillet pan did wonders to his cooking! The skillet cooked the meats evenly. It also did cook it faster than the usual.

     When I sat down to eat my pork chop I thought it would just taste like it normally does. I was so wrong! My meat was extremely moist and the taste was so out of this world. We've had meats many times before and this is the first time the meat was extremely moist!

     The pan did not scatch either and it was an easy clean-up job when  cleaning the skillet!

We really believe in Xtrema and recommend them to you!!
