My Question:
What is the one recipe that your family asks you to make alot or what is one recipe that your family members make that you love?
My Answer:
I will admit that I'm not the greatest cook so I don't make over the top recipes. Paul likes spam that I bake. I just use the recipe that use to be on the spam can years and years ago when I was little! (I'm lucky that I don't have a picky husband)
I also love my dad's spinach that is a family recipe that is dutch!
I look forward to hearing about your recipes!
Have a great Friday!
My grandma used to make the best pancakes in the world - that's my favorite family recipe :)
ReplyDeleteCorn Bread...
ReplyDeletelol, but normally they have me NOT cook... not that good at it
Turkey Schnitzel , you can find it on my Kitchen blog recipes index under turkey. That is the favorite of my families. My Mother used to make a Potato salad, everyone loves it. I like to make it every now and then. however it doesn't taste like MOMs! I miss her.

Enjoy the weekend.
My childhood favorite is Puteni. I finally made that yesterday for the first time and tasting it, took me back to the good ol' days. Recipe is posted at http://mpuanani.blogspot.com/
ReplyDeleteMy DH and kids pretty much love anything I cook. They usually request it all constantly. Favorites seem to be lasagna, spaghetti sauce, jambalaya. As for my favorites from family -- anything my (Italian) great grandmother made, broccoli, chicken & rice from my grandmother and homemade fries from my mom.
ReplyDeleteMy husband love my broccoli cheese casserole. It's usually only made at holidays but he asks for it a lot. It's a recipe from his grandma who passed away in 2004. It's amazing!
