It is now the time where I design my own quilt top with the blocks I have made within the year! My deadline to have the quilt top done is by September 20th.
Here are just a few of the blocks that I have made this year!
This is what I have done on my quilt top so far! They are still all in piece's, but I look forward to being able to sew them all together soon and add some black fabric in as well! I will then add borders on!
All together I will have 80 blocks done to go in this quilt! I have made some simple extra blocks to be included!

What are some things you enjoy on your spare time when and if you have spare time?
Look at that talent you have! Each is gorgeous! In my spare time I enjoy just taking my camera and going out for a walk and shooting. I can't wait to see your completed creation!

ReplyDeleteI would love to finish a quilt. I make rag quilts, I have started a quilt for my bed but ran out of fabric and money to buy fabric... someday it will be finished. :)

I recognize that store! I took the same class there for four years, but didn't take it this past year. After seeing your quilt blocks, I think I'll join up again.

ReplyDeleteAwesome quilts! I've always wanted to sew a quilt but it seems too daunting. I do love to look at them, though. These are great!
ReplyDeleteWow! The only quilting I've done are simple block, quick patterns and a fairly simple turtle pattern for my daughter's blankie. You've got talent!

ReplyDeleteNatalie...just came here after seeing the message that you quilt. THESE ARE GORGEOUS! You must have a LOT of patience! My mom quilts and has made each of us (9) kid beautiful quilts, a tree skirt, wall hangings and does special things for peoples weddings and baby quilts. I dont know HOW she does it...or ANYONE!!!! You have a gift Natalie!
