I'm happy to tell you about the Silk for Milk 10 Day Challenge today! I am so happy that I have been able to make a change from Milk to Silk because my stomach doesn't agree with milk! Silk would love to challenge you to a 10 Day Challenge to try out Silk!
Here are some reasons why I love Silk:
- Completely Cholesterol-Free
- 50% More Calcium than Typical Dairy Milk
- 80% Less Saturated Fat than Typical Dairy Milk
- Silk Has 13 Delicious Varieties with 100 Calories or Less
- Silk Has 11 Tempting Flavors
- Silk Gurantees Their Taste or Your Money Back
I was lucky to try out the Original Silk to help my 10 day challenge. I have tried the Almond Silk before and loved it. I was excited to see what the Original Silk would taste like. Orginal Silk has 6 grams soy protein and has as much calcium as milk does. Original Silk also is 100% lactose, dairy free and made with North American soybeans!
You can use Silk to help make these great foods below for breakfast, desserts, treats or etc. - smoothies, hot chocolate, pudding, eggs, popsicle molds, french toast, and the list goes on.
Try Silk! Take the 10-Day Silk-for-Milk Challenge.

I already drink Silk! In fact, I need to go to the store and pick up another carton today. I mostly use the Silk Almond in smoothies and oatmeal. It also goes great with cereal. Yum!
