    I was sent 3 coupons to try out each variety of Silk Fruit & Protein. I found these drinks at my local Walmart store. These drinks come in a half gallon size and are a perfect size for a family to have a delicious drink at breakfast, lunch, or in between meals. I tried out the Mango Peach and Strawberry Banana first. I wasn't really a big fan of these flavors. I wish that these flavors would have had a bigger fruit taste. I felt as if the fruit flavor was very light in taste.

     I tried out the Mixed Berry last and I was very happy that I loved this flavor the best. This flavor had a bigger fruit taste out of all the flavors. This flavor reminded me of having a smoothie, but without chunks of fruit in it. I will be purchasing more of the Mixed Berry flavor in the future! I recommend this flavor out of all the flavors! My taste buds loved this flavor! 

     I did love having a cup of these drinks when I felt hungry. This drink would help curve my hunger and I thought it was a great snack for in between meals. I don't get much calcium or protein in my diet so I'm glad that these drinks help me receive more calcium and protein that my body needs. These drinks offer 5 grams of protein in one serving, which equals one cup, making it a good source of protein.
