It's Monday again! This Monday is my last day of posting stress reducer tips! I hope everyone has enjoyed the tips as much as I've loved sharing them with you!
Here are the last of my stress reducer tips:
1. Learn to delegate responsibilites to capable others.
2. Don't forget to take a lunch break. Try to get away from your desk or work area in body and mind, even if it is just for 15 or 20 minutes.
3. Forget about counting to 10. Count to 1,000 before doing or saying anything that could make matters worse.
4. Have a forgiving view of event and people. Accept the fact that we live in an imperfect world.
5. Have an optimistic view of the world. Believe that most people are doing the best they can.

Great tips! I think learning to delegate is one of the most difficult but most essential things we can learn to do to help reduce stress.
ReplyDeleteThanks again for all your stress reducers. They are terrific. Maybe I need to have my teenage son read through them as he's totally stressed lately with a heavy academic load. You know kids, I can tell them something but they only hear it from someone not related to them.
ReplyDeleteI am working on delegating. It's hard for me cause I am a bit of OCD and I have tendency to redo everything.
ReplyDelete'Preciate your stress-reducers. It's so easy to "boil over" and say negative things in haste. Your tips will get me to thinking there's a better way!
ReplyDeleteDelegating makes me feel SO guilty and inadequate...I have to get over that one. AND to really think more positively in myself AND others overall!
ReplyDeletethanks Natalie!
