      Educational Insights is a great store that is located in Southern California. Whether your children needs a little extra help in math, language, science, or other subjects.      Educational Insights website is easy to navigate and also has 3 different tabbed categories on their website which include products for: Parents, Teachers, and Classroom Jeopardy! I also like that you can find products easily by subjects, brands, category, and theme. This is a great store to go to if your children in your classroom or at home needs extra help in certain subjects.   

     I'm happy to introduce you to a fun mystery game from Educational Insights that is great for kids that are in Grade 5+.  This fun game is called TriTective.



About TriTective

"The 3-letter mystery game!

Race to crack the case using only 3-letter words! This mystery word game includes 100 spy cards featuring 3 words each in metal storage tin. For 2 or more players. Grades 5+"

How to Play:


1. Choose a player to be the spy and have the spy choose a mystery word card.

2. Players take turns reading words from their cards aloud to find out how many letters their words have in common with the spy’s mystery word.

3. Using their super sleuth powers of deduction, players determine the 3 common letters on the mystery card.

4. The first player to guess the 3-letter mystery word wins the round!



      TriTective is a game created by Caitlin Hogan. TriTective is a fun game that is made up of 100 cards that come in a sturdy tin. I love the tin because it stores the cards safely. TriTective is a game that is perfect to take on vacations, traveling, or to take to get-togethers to have fun playing this mystery game of 3 letter words. Older children in grades 5 and up love this game along with adults as well. This is a perfect game to have at home to play this game with children at home. It's a great game to bond together. TriTective is a game that really helps test cognitive skills.

     I love that their are words to choose from for easy, medium or difficult play. The yellow words are the easiest words. The blue is medium. The red words are the most difficult words. We had fun starting off with the yellow words and then tried the other difficult words after we had practice with the yellow words first.

     My family had a lot of fun playing this game. One person picks a word from a mystery card and this person is "the spy". Everyone else are the "detectives" and have cards and show the cards, to the spy, to try to figure out which letters they have in common with the mystery word. The spy tells the detectives how many letters on the card are in common with the mystery word. 

     A great strategy of the game is to have paper and a writing utensil near by to jot down all letters of the alphabet. Cross off all the letters that are not in common to help narrow down the letters and to help you guess the mystery word!

     This game is super easy to set up and it does not require any big set up process to get started. Simply pass out a few cards, pick a mystery word, and get started! The directions to the game is very simple to follow. The game time was around 40 minutes to play for us, but it will vary with different players and mystery words used. This game is perfect for family game night! We had a fun family game night playing this game!

I tried out the Mango Peach and Strawberry Banana first. I wasn't really a big fan of these flavors. I wish that these flavors would have had a bigger fruit taste. I felt as if the fruit flavor was very light in taste.

     I tried out the Mixed Berry last and I was very happy that I loved this flavor the best. This flavor had a bigger fruit taste out of all the flavors. This flavor reminded me of having a smoothie, but without chunks of fruit in it. I will be purchasing more of the Mixed Berry flavor in the future! I recommend this flavor out of all the flavors! My taste buds loved this flavor! 



     I did love having a cup of these drinks when I felt hungry. This drink would help curve my hunger and I thought it was a great snack for in between meals. I don't get much calcium or protein in my diet so I'm glad that these drinks help me receive more calcium and protein that my body needs. These drinks offer 5 grams of protein in one serving, which equals one cup, making it a good source of protein.

      MyBlogSpark and Hamburger Helper were kind to send me the 2 new varieties from Hamburger Helper, Cheesy Italian Beef and the Ultimate Beef Stroganoff to review. I also received a serving dish, slotted serving spoon, and a trivet.

     I was happy to make the 2 new varieties from Hamburger Helper on the same night to see what both of the flavors tasted like! I was happy that these meals were super easy to make. Just include vegetables, fruit, or rolls, and you have a nice meal for dinner. 

     
     The Hamburger Helper Meals take under 30 minutes to cook. The Ultimate Beef Stroganoff was faster to cook because it only takes 10 minutes to simmer while the  Cheesy Italian Beef takes 16 minutes to simmer after cooking the meat and adding everything together and bringing it to a boil. I was a fan of both of the flavors. I kept trying both flavors, but I could not come up with a favorite because both of the flavors tasted really good to me. I took my mom some Hamburger Helper for dinner. I asked her which flavor she liked best and she told me she liked the Cheesy Italian Beef the best. She added in that they were both good though.

     I also had left overs for the next day since I cooked both boxes. The left overs warmed up really good and tasted great warmed up! 

     Did I mention that I really love the serving plate? It's a nice serving plate that the Hamburger Helper meals can be served from or I also think it would make a great side dish or meat serving plate. The trivet comes in handy also to put the serving plate on top of and I love the serving spoon because it is a great size to use for any meal.

         I had the great chance to review the Combination Padlock from Master Lock in the color blue. The Combination Padlock is best used on lockers for employees, schools, and athletes. The Combination Padlock is also great for indoor storage units and cabinets. 

          I really love this Combination Padlock! I love that it's easy to use and easy to switch up the combination code. 

         No key is required to open up this lock. This lock takes only a simple combination of letters and numbers to make the lock open. The great thing is the combination can be set and changed by the locks owner. I have an easy time using this lock with having letters in the combination, instead of the code being all numbers. The letters are easier for me to remember. I love that there are millions of different combination codes that can be used with all the dials the lock includes, to switch up the combination code. The lock comes with a given combination code which is WORD3. The combination code can be changed in less than 2 minutes. The Combination Padlock comes with instructions on the packaging which has information to help instruct how to change the combination code.
