     FIVE is an anthology of five short films exploring the impact of breast cancer on people’s lives directed by Jennifer Aniston, Alicia Keys, Demi Moore, Patty Jenkins and Penelope Spheeris.

     Through an interconnected story arc that uses humor and drama to focus on the effect breast cancer and its different stages of diagnosis have on relationships and the way women perceive themselves while searching for strength, comfort, medical breakthroughs and, ultimately, a cure. Five highlights the shared experience each short film’s title character – “Charlotte” (Goodwin), “Cheyanne” (Fonseca), “Lili” (Dawson), “Mia” (Clarkson) and “Pearl” (Tripplehorn) – endures from the moment of diagnosis.  Each touching storyline is tied together by chronologically featuring “Pearl,” beginning as a confused child bravely facing the loss of her mother (Goodwin) to breast cancer to her adult life as a mother and oncologist treating other patients (Fonseca, Dawson and Clarkson) before she herself is diagnosed with the same disease that took her mother.

·      Lili, directed by Alicia Keys and written by Jill Gordon, follows Lili, a fiercely independent, career-minded woman (Rosario Dawson), who recruits her sister (Tracee Ellis Ross) to help tell their hard-nosed mother (Jenifer Lewis) that she has breast cancer.

Demi Moore
·       Directed by Demi Moore and written by Stephen Godchaux, “Five’s” opening film, Charlotte, takes place the night in July 1969 when man first walks on the moon, and when a young Pearl (Ava Acres) is more concerned about why her family is not letting her see her mother, Charlotte (Ginnifer Goodwin), who lies in her bedroom dying from breast cancer.

·      In Pearl, directed by Patty Jenkins and written by Deirdre O’Connor, Pearl (Jeanne Tripplehorn), the successful oncologist we have followed from childhood, suddenly finds herself in the patient’s seat when she is diagnosed with breast cancer. 

Penelope Spheeris
·      In Cheyanne, directed by Penelope Spheeris and written by Howard Morris, sexy young stripper Cheyanne (Lyndsy Fonseca) and her handsome newlywed husband Tommy (Taylor Kinney) struggle to redefine their passionate relationship, as well as who they are as individuals, when Cheyenne is shocked with a breast cancer diagnosis. Looking at a severe prognosis, Cheyanne’s aggressive treatment ultimately results in the removal of both of her breasts, which have defined her life physically, financially and emotionally.

Educational Insights helps children learn with fun educational products! Whether your children needs a little extra help in math, language, science, or other subjects. Educational Insights has you covered and has products in all of those subjects and more subjects to help your children learn!

     Educational Insights is easy to navigate and also has 3 different tabbed categories on their website which include products for: Parents, Teachers, and Classroom Jeopardy! This is a great store to go to if your children in your classroom or at home needs extra help in certain subjects.


 
     I had the great opportunity to review the Alpha Catch game from Educational Insights! As always, Educational Insights shipping was super fast and I received great service! The product was packaged well to ensure the product arrived safely!


     I was really impressed with the Alpha Catch product right when I opened the package up. The Alpha Catch product is a catch and release phonics game. The Alpha Catch comes with 4 adorable catcher's mitts that are double sided. The mitts make it easy for children who are right-handed or left-handed to use. The mitts are a great size for children and little hands. My hands were to big for the mitt to fit onto my hand. The mitt fit perfectly onto my niece's hands. Alpha Catch also comes with 26 different soft self stick balls with velcroe that includes alphabets featuring upper case letters and lower case letters onto the balls. The balls are so soft that this educational game is perfect to play inside or outside.

     The Teacher's Guide includes several games to play and it also includes easy instructions on how to play these games. Some of the games include: Round Robin, Letter Line Up, Ace the Sound, Ending Sounds Catch, Middle Sounds Catch, and Word Catch.





     My niece had a fun time playing with the Alpha Catch. She had fun wearing the mitts on her hands and tossing the balls to stick to the other mitts. She liked saying what the letters were when she caught the ball and she also had a lot of phonic fun. She also had fun spelling out words with the balls.

 



     We love that the Alpha Catch is made out of great quality and is a great game for kids 4 years old and up. This game is guaranteed to give your children a fun time while learning at the same time. It is fun that this game includes 4 mitts so four different children can play at the same time.




We love the Alpha Catch game and recommend it to you! This would be a great gift idea for the little one in your life!
