Veggie-Go's is a great snack that gives the essential nutrients and vitamins that we are in need of. Veggie Go's is a great way to receive fiber, carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins that we are in need of daily! Not to mention, Veggie Go's have extremely low calories for each serving! Veggie-Go's are a guilt-free snack to take on the go!





     I was sent a sample of almost all of the Veggie-Go's that The Naked Edge offers.  My package of Veggie-Go's was sent super fast! I was very impressed with how great the shipping was!

     The Veggie-Go's come in a NatureFlex compostable bag that is great for composting after gobbling up all of the Veggie-Go's. I love the fact that The Naked Edge has designed their bags to be compostable. This shows a lot about this company that they care about our earth. The package also comes with a label that is compostable, but the ink is not. It is recommened to recycle the label. 

     The Veggie-Go's remind me of fruit roll ups in a smaller single size serving. Of course, they taste much more natural and do not taste like they have tons of added sugar in them. Veggie-Go's taste all natural. My favorite Veggie-Go's were the Mulled Wine, Mountain Berry Spinach, and the Cinnamon Spiced Beet. I loved these three flavors because they had a sweeter natural taste to them.




- Mountain Berry Spinach ingredients include: organic apples, strawberries, spinach, sweet potatoes, blueberries, raspberries, and pears.


- Mulled Wine ingredients include: organic pears, apples, sweet potatoes, cinnamon, cloves, orange peels, and red wine reduction.


- Cinnamon Spiced Beet ingredients include: organic beets, apples, sweet potatoes, pears, flax seed, and cinnamon.

     The Carrot Ginger Crisps had a stronger, spicier taste to it. The ginger was definitely overpowering. I love carrots and would love the Carrot Ginger flavor more if it was more toned down with spices. The Sweet Potato Pie was good, but it didn't have a definite taste of sweet potato to it that I could tell. I am usually not a sweet potato lover and I did like the sweet potato pie flavor because it didn't taste to me like a big sweet potato taste.


- Carrot Ginger Crisps ingredients include: organic carrots, apples, and ginger.

- Sweet Potato Pie ingredients include: organic sweet potatoes, apples, pecans, pears, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg. 

     Overall, I would purchase the Mulled Wine, Mountain Berry Spinach, and the Cinnamon Spiced Beet to eat for a snack on the go. I really enjoyed these flavors. I also had my mom try all of the flavors out too. She agreed that she likes the Mulled Wine, Mountain Berry Spinach, and the Cinnamon Spiced Beet flavor the best too.


     Veggie-Go's are great for school lunches, after school snacks, snacks at work, snacks while hiking, skiing, and more. Veggie-Go's are great during this busy time while kids are starting school up again. With school activities, after school activities and being busy, Veggie-Go's is a great healthy snack to take a long on those busy days.
