12:14 PM I am happy to share with you my third and final set of recipes with you for Bake For the Cure! This recipe is a yummy recipe that I love to make in the fall time! It is super easy to make and it is low fat as well!

Muffins straight out of the oven! Yum!
Low Fat Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 cup mashed ripe bananas
3/4 cups packed brown sugar
1/3 cup applesauce
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. quick oats
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Directions: Combine egg, bananas, brown sugar, applesauce, and vanilla in a large bowl.
Combine all dry ingredients in another bowl. Mix together. Slowly add the dry ingredients mixture to the wet mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into muffin cups and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350. Makes about 12 muffins.
We put the batter right into the muffin pan! Make sure to use cooking spray first! Enjoy!
