ACU-LIFE- Tru-Ice™ Ice Massager Review

Have you ever had an ice pack on you that when it warms it has water on it that gets you wet? Have you ever tried to rub plain ice on you and when that melts it's a total mess? I have had this happen while doing both! I once went to a physical therapy place that froze ice in a paper cup and they would rub the top part where the ice was on my shoulder. It was definitely a mess!! I wish they would have known about ACU-LIFE- Tru-Ice! It would have saved time and a huge mess! I honestly use to go home with a wet shirt from it!
The Tru-Ice is a great product where you can put water into this product. You freeze it for a minimum of 4 hrs. and then presto....it's ready to use! This product comes with 2 liners. The liner is what keeps you from getting wet! I think it's great because you can twist the product and it makes the ice come out further or you can twist it back so the ice goes back into the product!

Directions For Use:
- Apply Tru-Ice in small circles all over the affected area. Constant movement is critical to achieve maximum benefit and prevent ice burn.
-Avoid areas where the bone is close to the skin such as the knee cap, point of the elbow or bony portion of spine.
-As the ice melts be careful to turn the cap (D) counter clockwise. This will force the ice down to maintain contact against the (A) liner.
- Ice Massage can be used 2-3 times per day if needed.
