5 Stress Reducers of the week! #3

Hello everyone! Here is my list of stress reducers of the week! This is my third time doing this and I hope you enjoy being reminded of stress reducers! Below, I have listed 5 stress reducers! If anyone else has some ideas just list them for us to read!

Have a great week everyone!

1. Allow 15 minutes of extra time to get to appointments. Plan to arrive at the airport 2 hours before domestic departures.

2. Eliminate or restrict the amount of caffeine in your diet.

3. Always set up contingency plans, "just in case." ("If for some reason either of us is delayed, here's what we'll do..." kind of thing.)

4. Relax your standards. The world will not end if the grass doesn't get mowed this weekend.

5. Pollyanna-Power! For every one thing that goes wrong, there are probably 10 or 50 or 100 blessings. Count 'em!

Not waiting until the last minute is a big one for me. In my case, if I'd just get out of the bed 15 minutes earlier, life would be better for everyone.

I would benefit from an extra 15 minutes, but I always seem to think to myself, I have a few extra minutes... and then I'm always a minute late!
