Stress Reducer Tips! #5
10:39 AMYay! It's Stress Reducer Week 5 where I post 5 stress reducers every Monday! I can't believe I've written that many posts on stress reducer tips already! I love writing these because they remind me and I don't look at them until I type this post so it's fun for me!

1. Make friends with nonworriers. Nothing can get you into the habit of worrying faster than associating with chronic worry warts.
2. Get up and stretch periodically if your job requires that you sit for extended periods.
3. Wear earplugs. If you need to find quiet at home, pop in some earplugs.
4. Get enough sleep. If necessary, use an alarm clock to remind you to go to bed.
5. Create order out of chaos. Organize your home and workspace so that you always know exactly where things are. Put things away where they belong and you won't have to go through the stress of losing things.
Have a stress-free week and try working on my stress reducers. I know I can use help in the get more sleep and organizing area!
